2. Product Availability & Accuracy

  • We strive to keep accurate stock counts, but discrepancies may occur.
  • If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will refund the value of that item.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We primarily use Australia Post, but carriers may change without notice.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, courier disruptions).
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all orders.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer error, or parcels lost with untracked shipping.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Compensation for lost or damaged items is limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier unless Extra Cover insurance is purchased.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon arrival.
  • We are not registered for GST; therefore, no GST is included in our prices.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Disrupt or interfere with our services or website security
  • Submit false information during checkout
