At Valor Builds Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are offered.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, including the shipping label

We will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post.

  • If Extra Cover was purchased: You may be eligible for reimbursement up to the insured amount once the claim is approved.
  • If Extra Cover was not purchased: Australia Post’s standard compensation limits apply (up to AU$100 for tracked parcels, subject to their conditions). If the claim is denied, we cannot be held liable.

2. Lost Parcels

  • Tracked Shipping: If your tracked order is lost, we will investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the carrier confirms the loss and provides compensation under their standard liability.
  • Untracked Shipping (Economy Air): Orders sent via untracked services are at your own risk. No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost or missing parcels.

3. Stock Shortages

If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will:

  • Ship the available items, and
  • Refund the value of the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method.

4. Change of Mind, Buyer Error & Cancellations

We only offer refunds for:

  • Damage items
  • Defects
  • Or confirmed loss by the carrier

We DO NOT offer refunds or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer error (incorrect address, wrong product ordered, etc)

Continuous requests for refunds due to change of mind and buyer error or abuse of our refund policy may result in account suspension from future purchases.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
