1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and refund the item or items out of stock. If you would like to be notified when an item will be restocked, please contact us at valorbuilds@gmail.com

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Please note that, for very large orders, an additional shipping fee may be charged to compensate for large boxes or handling.

Thus, the final price will be determined according to dimensions of packaging, weight, handling needed, etc.  

2.1 Shipping Costs For US Customers

The U.S. government has suspended the de minimis exemption as of 29 August 2025, which means even parcels under USD $800 now require duties and taxes to be prepaid.

Therefore, US Customers will be charged applicable duties and fees (including a minimum 10% tariff on each item) with your order. This means:

Grandpa Clone Customs items: Will be charged applicable tariffs

Ra'is Customs items: Will NOT be charged applicable tariffs

All other items: Will be charged applicable tariffs

3.  Delivery Terms

Australia Post is the primary courier for Valor Builds Shop. However, this may be subject to change in the future.

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 14 days

3.2 Transit time Internationally

International orders are generally in transit for 4–30 days, depending on the shipping service selected (e.g., Economy Air, Standard, Express).

Please note that Economy Air services are untracked. While they are often the most affordable option, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure delivery security. If you select an untracked Economy Air service and your parcel is lost, Valor Builds Shop cannot be held responsible for any losses or missing items.

3.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days from payment of order.

We do not ship orders on weekends.

3.4 Extra Cover (Insurance)

For added peace of mind, we offer Extra Cover through Australia Post. This service provides loss or damage cover for your order, up to the value you request.

Extra Cover is optional and must be arranged before your order is shipped. If you would like to add Extra Cover to your order, please email us at valorbuilds@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The level of cover you would like (up to AU$5,000)
  3. Your preferred shipping service

We will then confirm the additional cost and send you a payment link.

If you do not purchase Extra Cover, our standard liability limitations apply (see “Liability for Loss or Damage” below).

3.5 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

4. Liability for Loss or Damage

Once your order has been shipped, risk passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

  • Tracked Shipping: If your order is shipped with tracking and it is lost or damaged in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Any compensation is limited to the amount provided by the carrier under their standard liability terms (usually up to AU$100 for Australia Post tracked parcels).
  • Untracked Shipping (Economy Air): If you choose an untracked shipping service, you accept full responsibility for loss or damage during transit. We are unable to provide compensation or replacements for parcels sent without tracking.
  • Extra Cover: Additional insurance is available for purchase before shipping (see "Extra Cover" section above). If Extra Cover is purchased, we will assist you in lodging a claim for the insured amount.

5. Tracking Notifications

 Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link according to the shipping service they choose from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valorbuilds@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (including the shipping label)

We will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post.

  • If Extra Cover was purchased: Australia Post may reimburse up to the insured amount once your claim is approved. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is finalised.
  • If Extra Cover was not purchased: Australia Post provides limited compensation for damage (up to $100) and only if the claim meets their conditions. If the claim is declined, we cannot be held liable for the loss.

Please note: Australia Post’s claims process is handled independently, and approval is at their discretion.

8. Taxes

Our business is not registered for GST as our annual turnover is below the $75,000 GST threshold set by the Australian Taxation Office.

As such, prices listed on our store are GST-free and do not include any tax component. If our GST status changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country’s customs office upon arrival.

9. Cancellations

Valor Builds Shop does not accept cancellations for change of mind, buyer error, or other non-fault reasons once an order has been placed. Refunds are only provided for items that arrive damaged or faulty (see Section 6). Abuse of our refund policy may result in bans.
